WHO WE ARE
Discover the story, the mission, and the community standing behind our nation's military veterans and first responders.
Helping Heroes Outdoors is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the well-being of our nation's military veterans, first responders, and their families. We are committed to providing support every step of the way, from the moment you apply for our fully supported hunting and fishing trips to the unforgettable thrill of bringing down your first deer. But our mission doesn't end in the field. We foster a lifelong community of peers who stand shoulder to shoulder, ensuring every hero has a trusted network to lean on, decompress with, and call family for years to come.
Â
Whether someone served overseas in uniform or protected our local neighborhoods as a police officer, firefighter, or EMT, the transition away from the front lines can carry heavy, invisible burdens.

We exist to combat isolation and PTSD by building a tight-knit community where every hero knows they are valued, respected, and never alone.
OUR VISION
When you leave Helping Heroes Outdoors, you never walk away alone. We ensure every hero leaves with overwhelming support, and lifelong bonds.
